Trauma-Check

You recently experienced a traumatic event?

In the first few weeks after a traumatic event, it’s very common to have bad memories, to avoid reminders of the event (e.g. places, people, etc.), and/ or to be more anxious and nervous.

Such reactions are normal and nothing to worry about in the first few weeks.

If you are concerned or don’t know if it would be better to seek professional advice, please fill out the Trauma-Check (not before at least 5 days have passed since the traumatic event).
